Things to consider

INFORMATION:

It is important that the information you provide is delivered to us via email upon request to give us the ability to include it into the format; keeping everything uniform and complete. Late changes or delayed requests may cause delays in the completion.

EXISTING WEB SITE:

If an existing web site is to be re-built it is very likely that a DNS transfer to a different hosting ISP will be conducted once the new site is completed. This would be due to the old site being hosted on a server that allows their templates to be accessed through their company only; therefore restricting any changes.

ADDITIONAL PAGES:

…We do not charge for additional pages once the site is live, as long as it is not abused, this service is included in the monthly fee. We treat PDF files the same.

DESIGN FEES:

Design fees are a onetime charge.

HOSTING & DOMAIN:

Fees are a separate charge with the hosting and Domain Providers you are currently with.

News Letters:

Information: Many newsletters are published by clubs, churches, societies, associations, and businesses, especially companies, to provide information of interest to their members, customers or employees.

Current Events: News and events are provided on newsletters to keep members, customers and employees up to date within the organization.

HTML, Microsoft Word and PDf: are types of formats used for such information.

Keep in touch: If your site is information based keep in touch with your readers.

Static or Dynamic:

Static: This type of web site usually displays the same information to all visitors. Similar to handing out a printed brochure to customers or clients, a static web site will generally provide consistent, standard information for an extended period of time. Although the web site owner may make updates periodically, it is a manual process to edit the text, photos and other content and may require basic web site design skills and software.
